Product comes with 90 days of Free support with the Standard and Advanced and 2 years with the Professional. All support provided via email.

Policy For Download Replacement:
In the event of a catastrophic system crash, the loss of the software installer or, buyer's neglect to download, Elms Publishing will replace any purchased copy of My Art Collection for 90 days following the purchase.
We Highly recommend that every user keep their Service and Replacement Contract current after the original Warranty expires.
Once your original Service Contract expires you can purchase a 1-3 year additional service contract. This support contract will cover any technical support and a free replacement of your application for the term of the contract.
For free replacement of the application you must have a current Service Contract in effect.

Several months ago, my laptop was subject to a significant Scam. Many Apps went as a result but some, such as My Art Collection produced by Elms Publishing was not recovered by the technology support firm I used. Finally, I contacted Elms and they gave me hope. I was able to prove to them that I had purchased an App from them and also, that I had saved a copy of my entries a few years ago. They asked that I purchased an Annual Service Contract then clearly outlined the steps I need to take online. I now have the new App and the majority of our artwork is on it. Throughout, I was assisted by the Senior VP of Product Development. Great and quick service and an excellent App.

I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt and helpful response I received. The representative was knowledgeable and patient, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved. I am an artist and I love your software, it was exactly what I was looking for to keep track of my artwork. I happened to stumble across your website when I was searching for software for my Mac. I was really excited at how affordable your software was compared to some other ones I had come across (approx.$500). My needs are specific and this has really helped me to develop a professional portfolio and catalogue my paintings via digital images.
